1. I hate community laundry. Please, for the love of God, take your shit out of the dryer so other people can use it! Your comforter is UGLY anyway!!!!!
2. My bike is broken.....broke it putting the tire on....
3. The cafe isn't open on Sunday, so I actually have to use my own money to eat. Meal Plan my ass.

Just do what I have done (and I am sure you will see done at some point)- put said person's items, be they dry or not, on top of the dryer and leave them there while your stuff is in there. If they have a fit, tell them that perhaps they need to monitor their items a bit closer so as to not have this situation happen to them again or inconvenience others. (Note: saying this conversation with an irate attitude and a British accent tends to work like a befuddlement charm)
